People Before Programs

Every opportunity above is really about one thing: showing up for someone. Whether it's a listening ear, a shared skill, or a story worth telling, the people you'd be serving alongside are already here waiting for you to say yes.

Role Description & Responsibilities: The Creative Mindset Mentor and Experience Leader serves as a key facilitator and ambassador within Eternity's Oasis. This role combines creative mentorship, active listening, and experience hosting to help community members and clients willingly align their heart, soul, mind, and might with God as the foundation for peaceful living. As an Experience Leader, you bring your natural creative talents, lived experiences, and empathetic presence to guide clients on their journey toward discovery, personal growth, and internal self-regulation. You partner with clients to identify meaningful creative outlets that alleviate daily stressors, encourage deep internal growth, and foster a restored sense of peace. In this role, you will primarily facilitate two signature 1-on-1 consult sessions:

  • Listening Consults: Provide a compassionate, confidential, and empathetic space for clients to feel genuinely heard. Utilize active listening techniques to hold space for participants as they process life experiences, identify emotional stressors, and explore personal creative outlets for healing.
  • “Govern My Moment” Consults: Facilitate structured self-reflection sessions designed to guide clients through moments of internal imbalance or anxiety. Ground conversations in an awareness of God as the ultimate provider of peace, helping clients practice real-time internal regulation and step back into their created identity, dominion, and clarity.

Who We Are Looking For:

  • Natural Creative Talent & Expression: A passion for utilizing creative outlets (e.g., writing, music, visual arts, or spoken word) to help others relieve stress and navigate personal growth.
  • Empathetic & Active Listener: Willingness to undergo active listening training and hold a compassionate, non-judgmental space for community members to share their stories.
  • Lived Experience & Wisdom: Ability to draw upon authentic personal life lessons and journey to mentor others with empathy, authenticity, and grace.
  • Spiritual Alignment: Comfort with grounding mentorship in an awareness of God as the foundation of peace and personal self-governance.
  • Respect of Non-Clinical Scope: Understanding that this role provides creative and spiritual mentorship, not clinical therapy, medical diagnosis, or denominational preaching.

Role Description & Responsibilities: The Creative Partner Artist / Teacher serves as a vital contributor within the Eternity's Oasis ecosystem of Partners. This role is designed for creative individuals who desire to multiply their artistic gifts by volunteering to teach and guide interested clients and community members in one or more forms of artistic expression. Whether leading a one-time workshop or a series of guided sessions, you will help participants uncover creative outlets that serve to alleviate daily stressors and foster deeper internal growth. Key Responsibilities include:

  • Guided Instructional Sessions: Lead interactive workshops or individual sessions teaching your chosen artistic medium to Eternity's Oasis clients and members.
  • Creative Outlet Guidance: Help participants identify and utilize creative expressions as practical tools for personal self-governance, stress reduction, and self-reflection.
  • Disciplines Checklist: Select your areas of expertise from our Creative Disciplines Library to help us match your talents with community interest.
